Veneitaly is an artisanal laboratory creating 100% natural and dried products, in which raw materials are selected by Italian producers.
Veneitaly was born from an idea of food engineer Mary Carmen Garcia, active for more than 15 years in the research and development of new products on behalf of several Venezuelan and American companies, thanks to which she increased her skills, mainly in the study of sensory evaluation and shelf life of new food products.
Married to an Italian, she added to her experience even Italian cuisine culture, developing products for both daily use and catering industry, easy to use and 100% natural, without added preservatives.
Drying process is carried out applying both professional techniques and equipment which guarantee the sensorial properties as well as the nutritional value of each raw material. Finished products’ flavors and aromas are enhanced by the elimination of water. All is performed in a sterile and protected environment.
